Seen before, not in DNS now
These names were registered when we last saw them, but they have no nameservers today. They may have lapsed, or be registered and parked without DNS. Not in DNS does not mean free: only the registry can say that.

How to read this
Registered is the creation date in the registry's own record (WHOIS or RDAP) when we last looked. A name that lapsed and was registered again shows its newest registration.
No date on record means we do not have the date yet, or the registry does not publish one. Missing years fill in over time, and so do registrations we have not seen yet.
Not in DNS means the name has no nameservers today. It never means the name is free to register: only a registry can tell you that.
